This file takes 3 sheets of wood if you make your porch leaner pieces. You can also make this 2 sided just cut more panels for the back side.
1/4” is best but can be done with 1/8” but definitely make it 2 sided. You can also cut the porch leaner on a table saw.
To make it stronger you can use 1x2’s for the uprights the panels are attached to.
The silk screen transfer can be used for the frames if you use just parts of the phrases!
