Uses 2 sheets of Glowforge Size material 19.4” x 10.9”
I prefer 1/4” for the hanger and the sign backer and 1/8” for the layered words an accents, I also like to paint my boards and mask these before I cut and score.
The words and lines on the backer board have been made using single lines in multiple layers. Use score for these words, you will see it go over the letters in multiple times. It is designed this way to make the letters thicker and stand out. Its much faster than engrave option.
You can easily choose what to cut or not to cut in your lasers program app.
This is an excellent seller at every event I do! You can use a real hanger instead of cutting one out and use rope to hang it from instead or use the included attachments with a faux screw head.
You can personalize by engraving on a real hanger or cut one out and engrave the name on there as seen in the photo (customization will not show up on your file) To customize use your editing program of choice.
